Access and setup
Access to app features is controlled by your organization’s Kalibrate administrator. Once enabled, simply log in with your corporate credentials and your assigned sites, routes, and tasks will appear.

Login Issue
• We have resolved an issue with the application hanging preventing users to login first time.

Checkboxes on submitting prices
• Competitor price checkboxes no longer remain after competitor prices have been reported.

Known Issues and Defects:

Inactive / Active products
• When on a competitor site survey, updating the inactive/active toggle on a product will change the icon as expected, but the text will remain the same. This is only a UI issue, the inactive/active toggle still works as expected in the database.

Cannot select a single competitor product price tick box without either
• Submitting the price if using the number pad or
• Using the scrolling price and selecting set (still on the current price) or
• selecting the whole competitor site tick box and then unselecting those products not required

Checkboxes on submitting prices
• When you update a product’s price, including the competitor product price, after submitting, the price fields are still highlighted in green although the checkmark is removed, indicating the price has been submitted, and you therefore cannot apply the same price without reselecting the checkbox.

App is not currently optimised for the iPhone X range, some tools from the top menu will be difficult to select, we are working to fix this in a future release. 3.0.2 07/08/2020 - SSO (Single sign-on) feature available depending on server configuration

General Information
The Chinese Language option is shown now on the login page of the application. This only works with the 2.5 Server Edition of kMobile. If the App connects to an earlier version with this language pack selected, it will show the options as Menu.Map, Menu.SiteList, Common.Set etc.
Please note that this behaviour has been seen for English (US). To rectify this the user must logout and re-select English (US) from the language selection drop down field

The Driver Warning message now appears, just above the bottom of every page, for 10 seconds. It can be closed by pressing the X button but will reappear when a new page is selected. This only works with the 2.5 Server Edition of kMobile.
